Polyurethane Systems for Shoe Sole and Insole Production

Since 2016, Pluskim has been manufacturing high-performance polyurethane systems specifically developed for shoe soles and insoles used in footwear production. The PLUSOL-A and PLUSNATE-A series offer superior quality polyurethane systems suitable for all types of shoes. These polyurethane systems are designed to be lightweight yet highly resistant to abrasion, ensuring excellent physical properties and long-term mechanical performance.

These PU systems are ideal for producing both seasonal and sports shoe soles. Depending on the application, they are available in different hardness values ranging from 45 to 90 Shore A and molded density between 35 and 55 kg/m³.
